Harnessing artificial intelligence and linguistic expertise, TermIA has been designed with consistency in mind, to help companies harmonize their corporate language across sites, subsidiaries, departments, and diverse document corpora.
TermIA is currently equipped to handle the following languages: English, French, and Spanish, and the following formats: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF and XML.
Access to TermIA requires a username and password; however, users have the option of working independently, or several users can use TermIA simultaneously.
TermIA can be adapted for monolingual or multilingual use, allowing users to control for consistent terminology quickly and easily. TermIA automatically suggests a correction, but users have the final say, implementing any corrections manually.
Users can also generate a report as an Excel or PDF file that can be printed or saved for later.
